What can go wrong

The best-evidenced ingredient (ashwagandha) is at 250 mg of unspecified-standardization material, below the ~600 mg studied dose of branded KSM-66/Sensoril. Primasurge MAX adds fadogia (no human data).

This is something to take to a clinician. The Atlas can tell you what is known about jacked factory primasurge in general. It cannot tell you what is happening in your body, and the difference matters most for exactly the symptoms that bring people to this page.

Primasurge is a testosterone booster from Jacked Factory (parent Nutra Holdings Inc., Canada). It uses a fully-disclosed (non-proprietary) label: ashwagandha 250 mg (generic, not KSM-66), Safed Musli 125 mg, PrimaVie shilajit 125 mg, Tongkat Ali 100 mg, boron 5 mg, and BioPerine 5 mg. A newer 'Primasurge MAX' adds Tongkat Ali, Fadogia Agrestis, and Sensoril ashwagandha. Transparent labeling is a plus; the better-evidenced ingredient (ashwagandha) is under-dosed and non-standardized.
