What can go wrong

Even with good dosing, the testosterone effects of these ingredients are modest and concentrated in stressed/older/low-baseline men. The product is not a treatment for clinical hypogonadism.

This is something to take to a clinician. The Atlas can tell you what is known about transparent labs vitality in general. It cannot tell you what is happening in your body, and the difference matters most for exactly the symptoms that bring people to this page.

Transparent Labs Vitality uses a fully-disclosed label built on branded, clinically-studied extracts: KSM-66 ashwagandha 600 mg (a genuinely studied dose), PrimaVie shilajit 250 mg, quercetin 250 mg, DIM 125 mg, LJ100 Tongkat Ali 100 mg, boron 5 mg, and BioPerine 10 mg. It contains no D-aspartic acid or fenugreek. This is one of the better-constructed products in the category, though the finished formula itself is still untested.

What people take it for

These are the reasons people give for taking it. They are not effects it has been shown to have.

  • Marketed for testosterone optimization, vitality, energy

What people get wrong

  • Often saidBranded clinical ingredients mean the product is clinically proven

ActuallyKSM-66 and LJ100 have real ingredient trials, but the finished Vitality formula has no RCT. Good inputs raise plausibility, not proof.

Nobody is named here yet, because we have not done that work on this entry. Read that as unfinished. Somebody almost certainly sells this, and somebody almost certainly disputes it. Assume both until we have checked.
