What can go wrong

Tribulus and D-aspartic acid are both weak-to-negative for raising testosterone in healthy men; maca affects libido but not serum testosterone; shilajit is dosed low. Free-product review seeding is a disclosure concern.

This is something to take to a clinician. The Atlas can tell you what is known about vintage boost in general. It cannot tell you what is happening in your body, and the difference matters most for exactly the symptoms that bring people to this page.

Vintage Boost is a testosterone booster from Old School Labs (COSIDLA, Inc., Beverly Hills; founder Tarek Sidani), marketed on 1960s-80s 'Golden Era' bodybuilding nostalgia. The reported 'wave-loaded' formula includes D-aspartic acid ~3,000 mg, tribulus 500 mg, maca 450 mg, PrimaVie shilajit 50 mg, vitamin D, B6, magnesium, and zinc. The brand has reportedly acknowledged seeding many launch reviews with free product.

What people take it for

These are the reasons people give for taking it. They are not effects it has been shown to have.

  • Marketed for natural testosterone, strength, recovery

What people get wrong

  • Often said'Works with your body's natural mechanisms'

ActuallyVague mechanism language masks weak evidence. The lead actives (D-aspartic acid, tribulus) do not reliably raise testosterone, and the finished product is untested.
