What can go wrong

Evidence is thin and largely supplier-linked; fenugreek's anticoagulant and blood-sugar interactions apply.

This is something to take to a clinician. The Atlas can tell you what is known about furosap (fenugreek) in general. It cannot tell you what is happening in your body, and the difference matters most for exactly the symptoms that bring people to this page.

Furosap is a patented fenugreek seed extract enriched for protodioscin/furostanolic saponins, marketed for free testosterone, sperm parameters, and mood. The supporting evidence is a small number of open-label or supplier-linked trials; like other fenugreek extracts, the proposed mechanism involves aromatase and 5-alpha-reductase modulation, but human testosterone data are limited.

A patented fenugreek extract with small, supplier-linked trials.

What people take it for

These are the reasons people give for taking it. They are not effects it has been shown to have.

  • Free-testosterone and fertility claims

What people get wrong

  • Often saidFurosap is proven to raise free testosterone

ActuallyThe trials are small and supplier-linked; the evidence does not support strong claims in healthy men.

Who profits, and who pushes back

Nobody is named here yet, because we have not done that work on this entry. Read that as unfinished. Somebody almost certainly sells this, and somebody almost certainly disputes it. Assume both until we have checked.
