What can go wrong

More sedating than KSM-66 (the root+leaf, higher-withanolide profile). Testosterone-specific evidence is limited; most data are stress/cognition endpoints.

This is something to take to a clinician. The Atlas can tell you what is known about sensoril (ashwagandha) in general. It cannot tell you what is happening in your body, and the difference matters most for exactly the symptoms that bring people to this page.

Sensoril is a branded ashwagandha extract from Natreon, made from both root and leaf and standardized to a higher withanolide content (~10%+). It is dosed lower than KSM-66 (often ~125-250 mg) and is generally positioned for stress/sleep, with a more sedating profile, rather than as a primary testosterone product. Its testosterone evidence is thinner than KSM-66's.

The higher-withanolide, more sedating ashwagandha extract.

What people take it for

These are the reasons people give for taking it. They are not effects it has been shown to have.

  • Stress/sleep support; some T/strength claims

What people get wrong

  • Often saidSensoril and KSM-66 are interchangeable

ActuallyThey are different extracts (root+leaf vs root-only; different withanolide content and dose), studied for somewhat different endpoints. They are not equivalent for testosterone claims.

Who profits, and who pushes back

Nobody is named here yet, because we have not done that work on this entry. Read that as unfinished. Somebody almost certainly sells this, and somebody almost certainly disputes it. Assume both until we have checked.
