What can go wrong

Premium pricing. The Huberman association drove demand for tongkat ali and fadogia; the fadogia discontinuation is the responsible counter-example. Huberman's relationship is a paid partnership/advisory, not (reported) equity in Momentous.

This is something to take to a clinician. The Atlas can tell you what is known about momentous in general. It cannot tell you what is happening in your body, and the difference matters most for exactly the symptoms that bring people to this page.

Momentous (Live Momentous) is the supplement brand most associated with Andrew Huberman, who joined its Scientific Advisory Board in a multi-year partnership announced in 2022 (reported to have since expired). It sells single-ingredient testosterone-relevant products including Tongkat Ali 400 mg (Informed Sport certified) and, formerly, Fadogia Agrestis, which Momentous discontinued (reported 2023-24) citing insufficient research and safety concerns. That discontinuation is a notable, responsible reversal in a category that rarely retracts.

What people take it for

These are the reasons people give for taking it. They are not effects it has been shown to have.

  • Single-ingredient Tongkat Ali / hormone-support stack

Combinations named above are how people use these compounds together, under names the community gave them. The combinations themselves have not been studied. Evidence for one compound is not evidence for a pair.

What people get wrong

  • Often saidHuberman's supplements are independently vetted

ActuallyMomentous was a paid partner of the Huberman Lab podcast and his preferred retail partner; the relationship is commercial. The brand does, however, deserve credit for discontinuing fadogia on safety grounds.
