What can go wrong
Zinc is dosed at ~1 mg (far below a corrective dose). Tribulus has hepatotoxicity case reports and no reliable testosterone effect. Same autoship-billing concerns as the wider Nugenix line.

Nugenix Total-T is the brand's mid-tier product, marketed as raising both free and total testosterone. The label lists Testofen fenugreek 600 mg, L-citrulline malate 1,125 mg, tribulus 450 mg, Eurycoma longifolia (Tongkat Ali) 100 mg, an elevATP blend 150 mg, boron 10 mg, plus small doses of zinc (~1 mg) and B-vitamins. The 600 mg Testofen is marketed as the 'clinical' dose.
