What can go wrong

Evidence is supplier-affiliated and preliminary; it is positioned as a successor to Testofen partly in the wake of fenugreek litigation.

This is something to take to a clinician. The Atlas can tell you what is known about tesnor (pomegranate + cocoa) in general. It cannot tell you what is happening in your body, and the difference matters most for exactly the symptoms that bring people to this page.

Tesnor is a Gencor-branded combination of pomegranate fruit-peel extract and cocoa-seed extract, marketed to raise free and total testosterone (a nitric-oxide and antioxidant rationale). It has become the headline ingredient in reformulated Nugenix (T-Boost/Total-T) and MuscleTech Test HD Elite, often replacing the litigated Testofen. The supporting data are supplier-affiliated, and the finished products are still not tested as formulas.
